Thoughts are powerful

Before we say anything an exchange take place on another level. All those many thoughts that precede a choice of words are very powerful and picked up very well by other people.

That is why it is so important that our thoughts match the words we choose.

When we use the wrong words we blur the communication field and we are no longer understood properly. The other one picks up a different impulse than the word we associate with them.

Finally, our communication is not nutritious and very unsatisfying but also becomes a never ending quest.

Thoughts come alive with our breath

When we talk we blow our breath into our thoughts and bring them to life. The energy of the thought is in a beautiful robe that describes its content. By talking we send it into the world where it tries to find similar thoughts.

Similar thoughts always connect with each other and opposite thoughts always reject each other.

For a healthy and nurturing exchange there must be a harmony between thoughts and the words we use for them. What we say must be authentic to what we think. The word itself is only the packaging, the shape, the transportation of energy to the earth.

Everything you say must be true but not everything which is true you have to say !

Breathing is thinking

Our real exchange is non-verbal and not earthy. Everything we think is linked into a large mental field and everyone of us is constantly exchanging with it.

This is synchronized with our breathing and is as essential as this. Attention therefore needs tot be a balance between thinking and talking.

Just thinking and saying nothing, is not very social. And just talking without really listening either. It is the balance of both.

The other silence

In this balance lives another silence. It could also be called emptiness or nothing. The silence here has nothing to do with thoughts. They can not come here. There is freedom from thought, structure and conditioning. There is nothing and maybe that’s the reason why we do not like it and why we do not pay any attention to it.

The gateway to wisdom

In this silence is another kind of exchange. In it lies the gateway to wisdom and if we focus our attention on this silence, we will realize the gateway is open to anyone who becomes aware of it.

In doing so, we can receive and meet the all knowing and loving voice, that like a gentle breeze, comes towards us.

When you do recognize it you will note that it is present in you before any thought arises and it let you know everything that is important for you to know at this moment.

This is called our intuition, the exchange with our Higher Self, the Universe or God.

Our breath contains the ‘pneuma hagion’, the Holy Breath or Holy Spirit. This is the most precious and most nourishing part of a breath. From it we receive everything we need, always at the right time, place and sequence.

When you breath deeply you feel that you are connection with something more than just oxygen.

My mind is quiet

The skill is to come into balance in a simple and easy way and there are quite a lot of exercises for this. Learning to meditate is all about this. What always helps me personally, to calm down the inner sounds is to repeat the following sentence: My mind is quiet.

Nature is also a wonderful teacher. One day as I was walking through the forest, my feet suddenly frozen to the ground, I could not move because they were as heavy as lead. So I stayed there ending my internal debate and listened. There was no sound of birds, no rustling, just nothing.

While it clearly came to me to just stand quietly and listen I still tried to break the peace with my willpower, after all I’m in charge. But it felt wrong so I did nothing.

How many times have I done this ? How many times have I taken the sword and sliced through the silence ? What have I gained from doing this ? Perhaps I have gained more experience, but the lessons I was meant to learn didn’t become less.

Fixed into nature I stood in the middle of the path in the woods and surrendered to what wanted to reveal itself. Peace came to me, the trees seemed to become bigger and stronger and the colours richer and more powerful. I felt very small and salvaged and incorporated into a field that was waiting for me.

The ultimate exchange

This silence is something very special.

If you can be silent among like minded people the power within yourself will be strongly stimulated and there will be an ultimate exchange of energy.

This will make you more confident, stronger and braver to show your true self.

Be quiet and listen within, connect with your heart and know that you will perceive everything which is really important and encourages you in our development.

Do not look for additional information about things; rather leave them to come to you.

Labyrinth

It’s an unique experience

Labyrinth walking is an unique experience, something that is difficult to be compared to anything else. I spontaneously have to think of the experience of driving your car through the car wash, but the picture itself does not come near to the loving gentleness of the energy in the labyrinth.

I started my walk through the labyrinth. One is not meant to systematically go from the outer circle to the inner one and from there to the centre. On the contrary. One is meant to start near the middle ring and proceed from there by following the path. It’s like in life when one just starts something and follows the path to see where it leads. It is not necessary to think about where you need to go within the labyrinth. The path is already mapped out and you just need to follow it.

My mind is quiet

At one point during my journey through the labyrinth, I focused on quieting down the mind. Although it took some effort to achieve this, I realized that as soon as the mind was quiet, the questions I had posed prior to starting my journey were gently being answered inside of me. Suddenly I had an epiphany! All I was doing was walking a set out path and all the pieces started falling into place. What a joyous moment! Yes, now I understood the meaning of the labyrinth: it is a conversation with your divine essence while you follow you life’s path. What else could anyone wish for ?

I had one more round before I landed in the centre, I thought, where I would be able to relax and enjoy the fact that I had reached my goal. Than suddenly something very strange happened. I realized that instead of moving towards the centre, I was getting further away from it. Something was wrong here. I investigated the path with my eyes, but found nothing wrong.

The classical labyrith

When you think that you lose control

There I was, in the middle of the labyrinth, in the middle of my life as it were, and suddenly the road had taken an unexpected turn. I literally found myself where I didn’t want to be. Pearls of sweat rolled down my forehead and I had to gasp for air.

I realized that this was a classical inner stress situation, where the mind was about to take over. It is in these situations, where we would practically do anything to explain the situation we are in to ourselves; to define our state of being and respond in a calculated manner, to restore control.

Unfortunately this is not the way it works in the labyrinth. I had to face reality. With every step I was moving further and further way from the centre. My mind went completely haywire, and I was ready to quit. My god, where was I and what was I doing here, I asked myself. I slowly began to calm down and was forced to let go of my mind … again.

Letting go is the key

The truth is that the labyrinth is systematically arranged on the ground and there are no crossroads where I could have chosen to change my path. There was no way to walk it differently from what I had done; this was the only way for me to walk it. And now I was only able to proceed if I surrendered to the path. I had to walk with more confidence. I had to trust that everything was going to be okay even though I did not understand it anymore. I had to let myself be lead from the inside. I had to trust, that everything I would need was going to be revealed to me at the right time, place and sequence. There was nothing else left for me to do but to continue along my path.

I started walking quieter and smoother than I had before. It did not matter anymore what direction the road went, I trusted that it was going to be exactly as it was meant to be. Worrying was not going to help me, rather, it was going to blur my vision, my life. I chose to move on quietly, sometimes calm, sometimes talking with my inner being. Exactly the way I did before I came to my inner crossroad.

I am carried

I made the decision, that from now on I would feel more confident about my life, just walking my path. When I finally reached the centre of the labyrinth, I felt inspired.

Rest. Silence. What an experience I had.

After a while I turned back and on my way out of the labyrinth. I felt lighter, happier and full of confidence in the Divine. I realized, that I had mapped out my life before I came to earth. Now I was just materializing what I had mapped out for myself, by walking the path.
The only choice I really had, was to choose to either walk my own path or not to do so.

A cleansing ritual

Walking the labyrinth, is a huge clean up to our chakra system, to our energy field. It is a mystical experience in a very special energy field, which is arranged on the ground in a certain way. I wish everyone could experience walking the labyrinth.

Awakening

Most likely, our future, our awakening and activation will be different and express itself in a different manner than we imagine. It is important that we let go of the shore, let go of our old way of thinking and push off to the middle of the river, be in the midst of our being.

Also let the pleasant memories go, the ones which you mentally play over and over again. Let them go and dissolve in the river of life. Give life a change to provide you with new things.

Forgive, for-give your father’s disability, give him back the energy field that does not belong to you, let it go, and be thankful.

Embrace your mother and thank her for the care she has taken so you can be here. Clean the area of the patterns from your parents and then step into your own space ship, where you’re the pilot.

The cockpit represents the consciousness

We are in a transition, there’s a change about to take place in our cockpit. Now.

The cockpit represents our consciousness in the here and now. We are about to change from the autopilot to manual flight, being fully responsible for the plane.

What an adventure we are going to have! Sit up, observe, feel and stop making considerations. Just be present and see what the moment will bring to you.

No more majors planning, the plans have already been made. It is easy, get in, immerse into life and be present. Feel what life wants you to feel.

Make decisions from the heart just at the moment they are required, not previously. Perceive the abundance that is here and enjoy the new, the still unknown and accept whatever comes your way.

Life knows such a great fullness when you take part in it with your whole being, your complete attention. You will realize that time does no longer exist here. Time is somewhere on the edge, it remained on the shore. A day is so unbelievably long, full, vivid, with all you perceive and it is no longer measurable in time.

Your seat now !

I am the pilot

I’ve always wanted to be a pilot and bring my light in accordance with the higher power, into this world. But inside of me is also a part that tries to dissuade me from that.

This part wants to sit in the pilot seat itself; this is my head, my ego, my many patterns of behaviour. It is the part of me that thinks it knows how everything should go; it always stands next to me with the organizational scheme telling me that I must hurry.

It tries to frighten me in every possible way I can imagine, it tries to make me feel bad, make me feel like I am still not good enough and that what I do could be done better.

Under given circumstances it certainly has a right of existence but now I want to use it differently and continue my life peacefully and in harmony with all my inner parts.

Seductive attempts are unsuccessful

Of course, my head does not welcome this new place, it assumed at least to be sitting next to me. It lets me know through my mind that its place and task is deadly dull and boring to it. Much rather, it wants to know what I am doing.

It loves excitement, making calculations, comparing, analyzing, checking who said what and why, think through what was said, what someone maybe was going to say or could have meant and how it should have run, or could have run and so on.

Oh yes, these are the typical mindgames which makes it happy, keeps it busy and important while telling me that this is real life. It has tricked me with these stories for so long and now I recognize the diversion. I do not react, because I know that the mind is very strong and smart and tries to rock me back into sleep in every possible way. It would do anything to get into the chair in front.

All of its seductive attempts are unsuccessful, because I have drawn my full attention to my presence in the here and now; this is the real main street and not the back alley. The more I hold my attention in the here and now, the sooner my inner holy war comes to a halt. Even the smallest grease spots will thereby be cleansed. I guess it would be a shame to slip on one of these small greasy spots while flying.

Guidelines

To actually stay awake, I take time every day to be quiet and listen to my inner voice. Each time I do this I get what need in that moment. The next sentences came to me in this way and they help me to remain in the Here and Now.

1) I want to be here, I want to live here.
The decision to be and to live here must be made entirely independent of someone or something outside ourselves. I want to live an participate in life, regardless of what others want.

2) I have the right to be completely happy.
Happiness is not something I have to deserve. Happiness is my normal state of being and it belongs to me since my first day. Happiness is a birthright, just as the freedom of choice.

3) I shape my life according to my own desires.
From deep inside me, I let my ideas and desires flow freely to the outside. I let them take the form of my thoughts, whatever I think, I create.

4) I do the things that are mine to do with all my heart.
I do the things I love doing and these things are what I desire to show the world. I am committed to doing this, these are like my spiritual children. I do not give up at the first stumbling block, but I slow down and be more cautious and orientate better to the signs that show me the path.

5) I want to help build at the cosmic plan.
Inside of me flows an enormous and powerful force that wants to work on this planet, that wants to be involved in the grand scheme, that wants to weave my colours into the carpet of life. I will use the power and I will not be used by it.

6) I may enjoy life on earth to its fullest.
For this I don’t have to work hard to show that I am worthy. I may simply receive and enjoy everything because I am present here. Whatever is on my path, is mine. It is a gift from the earth and I show my gratitude by enjoying it.

7) I belong to the grid of light.
In my being, I know that. Now it is important to put my light on my given gear and stop testing myself if I am worthy.

I am worth loving.
I need not take any exams to show people who I am. It is not necessary to hurt myself, and to assume suffering belongs to me and raises me in some way. I am a wonderful creation of light and may thus be seen and treated.

9) We can do great things.
Our willpower is extremely strong and we can do everything with it. Every time we say we want something, we push the accelerator into the sky and this remains not unseen. Because our willpower is the engine that brings thoughts into the materiel substance, it is important to know, which part of us pushes the accelerator.

You are Love and Light

Simply take the pilot seat in your cockpit and stay calm with your full attention. There are no instructions, and there is no manual so stop looking for one. Your head has no access and can not exist here, therefore it can’t help you. Your head has a different task, so release all thoughts about security and safety. Otherwise you will be torn apart and suffer greatly. The river knows his destination, and so does your heart. Let it guide you and be confident.

Trust consciousness in the present moment, which is the key for finally flying again. You are light and love, sprung from the great fountain. You are here to further develop your being. Do not ask how to do that, just stay in the space where you feel freedom, enjoy life and listen to your quiet, inner voice. Trust that all is well.

Stop with self-doubt

The worst poison we have is self-doubt. It is the soil for self pity and self-pity opens not only the windows but also the doors to any unwanted, unwelcome entity that attaches to our system. Close these openings once and for all. You do not need anyone whispering anything into your ear! You are a bright light that was created by the supreme love force.

The connection to the creator is already in you, it is always flowing through you. It is the large, sublime creative energy with which we collectively  express our creativity, and it is known as ‘kundalini energy’. The entrance to it is in our hearts, nowhere else!

Sun

We are here to shine

We are here to form a bridge between heaven and earth. We are here to create light, first within ourselves, so that we can see where we are and how beautiful we are.

We are a copy of the Divine – angels who, under the holy name, wants to work on the earth.To work means to trust the development of our being, no more struggling, no more fighting.

We experience what must be done in a sacred manner and we celebrate it. There is nothing to be afraid of or to be ashamed of, nothing.

We get everything we need, because eternity belongs to us.

The path which rises directly from my heart is where I must be, from here my true essence can be completely unfolded so I can do what I came here for. Yet I am still not totally free from the old part and it makes me unhappy that I am still partially stuck to it.

An unpleasant situation that sometimes appears to be hard to handle. I want nothing more than to continue in the New consciousness and the newly discovered freedom within myself. But in the birth canal movement is hardly possible.

In the birth canal, I am totally dependent on my mother, on the awareness that brought me this far. I would love to cut the umbilical cord, as I have done often in the past, but somehow I feel that it is not the way to do this time.

How to do it, however, I don’t know. What I do know is that this delivery has its own tempo and rhythm, which I, little human being, can’t affect.

All I can do is remaining calm, staying balanced within myself and in the present moment. I use all my energy to be true to myself, under any circumstances, connected with my inner being, my inner child.

That’s the only way I can be right now, staying in the here and now.

Depending on situations which arise every day and staying strongly connected to the feminine side, we need balancing. Balancing means to be in balance with the essence of the old consciousness. This implies that the very last patterns that impede the full access to myself have to be solved.

Anxiety, feelings of not being good enough, the feeling of having done something wrong, perhaps wrong actions, ect all these thoughts and convictions should definitely be released.

Only than can I pull out my foot permanently of the past and connect totally with my true essence.

No, this process should certainly not go too fast, and it will not. I have to stop hurting myself by thinking that I can see the great picture and then try squeezing in my own plans.

Loyal, I do everything what’s coming on my path and this makes me stronger day by day. These are all reflections helping me in my releasing process. All gifts from heaven, even though sometimes it doesn’t feel that way.

The point is that I am integrating lovingly the essence of my old consciousness, lovingly, tenderly and peacefully. It is a time of devotion and an intense awareness of the ‘new’ abilities I carry inside of me and which open up and are available to me.

Pentagram

The great power that was pushing my train eagerly early this year has completely stopped. I am only experiencing the latest push until it stops and I can get out.

Now I am using the time to clean my train, my consciousness.

I need completely to get rid of the first patterns from my childhood which are blocking my true connection.

And now I take the help I get offered, even though I have not done that often in the past.

My train needs to be clean so that no old karma can pull me down !

On some days it appears almost impossible to stay consciously in the here and now. It feels like something keeps me from that state of mind, there is no fresh air and I fall back.

On those days I am still too strongly connected with the old which is isolated and waiting in the corner to die. During these moments it feels like I lead a completely meaningless existence. My power is gone and I have a classical “system crash”. But this is only because I’m fatigued or have eaten unhealthy foods. These are currently the two largest poisons in life, almost unbelievable, but true.

Once again rested and starting a new day connected to the new consciousness, once again everything is evident. Miracles happen, there are people coming into my life that I could not have seen coming from a distance a few weeks ago. Groups created, lead by higher consciousness.

This is a miraculous time! I’ve already made my choices, now is about staying rooted in the heart. The essence is unfolding, the delivery will take place. So I give myself space and time and treat myself tenderly and lovingly. With every step I take I stay true to myself and can recognize how wonderful the new consciousness works. With a smile on my face, I welcome it.

Heaven wants nothing else but for us to become ourselves and so we shall be supported with everything. The light net is a very big plan in which each of us is important, everyone!

We are not just here right now by coincidence, we are here because we are familiar with this time of transition and because we carry the right tool inside of us and we shall use them!

We extend hands to each other but do not interfere with each other.

Those who hear, close the inner doors, clean up and peacefully rest in themselves. Confidently look forward to what is brought onto our path.

It is truly an incredible time and those who want to see, it will do so.

An exceptional challenge, especially during those times, is to relax and allow our rushed feeling water to cool down. Of course, we want to understand everything and recognize the common ties; however no one has ever been able to see clearly through troubled water.

The best thing to do is to redirect our attention to topics that do not have anything to do with the situation. Housework, gardening, singing, washing the car, reciting a series of numbers, etc. are excellent methods to remove the focus from this absorbing situation. When thoughts are redirected the stillness that is needed for solving the problem is able to present itself.

Flower

Often, when I want to close myself off from a problematic situation or person it draws me in even more and it takes a real effort to distance myself.

Thus far, I have practiced successful in focusing my mind on reciting long series of numbers, and do it so often that it is like a mantram. I do this long enough until I feel that I’ve been freed from the ethereal suction.

Numbers can create a direct disconnection so that we can become ourselves again.

It is important that the ethereal bond is cut completely and a distance is created. Then we are able to  zoom out  and another perspective can manifest itself. Here we receive the  sudden  inspiration and all the pieces of the puzzle fall into place.

Even though we may not always like what we get, we receive answers to our questions. It allows us to recognize the common thread so that we can develop a better understanding of the situation.

Opening

There are multiple forces busy to deter us from ourselves and keep us under their spell.

One of them is named Lucifer, the fallen angel, who would help us with our enlightenment but does this without any moral consideration. This force affects our mental field.

If we are too strongly attached, we do everything too quickly. Our mental processes have no opportunity to digest anything, let alone determine the essentials; thus, we remain dependent.

Another famous one of these forces we call the devil, Satan or ariman. This force focuses on the material area and provides us the matter we will digest.

The suction force for this is fairly strong and makes us believe that we have to serve it in order to survive. The intention here is to withdraw ourselves from this and take charge. If we are too strongly attached, then we let material things dominate and we’ll desire more and more.

A lesser known, but no less strong force affects our emotional life. I do not know its name. I only know that in earlier times it was associated with reptile energy. This force suggests pity with us initially. It strengthens the feeling that we are not seen or appreciated and disturbs the natural connection with our heart.

Leaders of the earlier churches have allowed this force entry into our Sanctuary which turned religion completely upside down. Here we find the root of the problem that Jesus was removed from his humanity and positioned into an unattainable status for us.

For this force, mercy and respect are empty words that are used often but are untraceable in their actions. If we are too strongly attached to this force, we drown in our feeling water and blur our inner boundaries. Sympathizing with people is completely out of proportion and it makes us believe that the godly, unending energy loves us only when we embrace everything indiscriminately.

We have to learn to trust and develop our inner fire more and tune into it to completely connect ourselves with it.

Everything comes to us exactly when we need it; at the right time, place and sequence.

We don’t have to hurry; we won’t miss the opportunity.

Nothing will be kept from us.

We are prepared; everything in us is already present. We can trust in it.

The only thing we have to do is awake and unfold ourselves at our own pace!

Open

I cannot say it often enough. We are children from a godly, unending energy we name God. We’ve been made in love and through this we are always connected with love.

Though everyone knows this, it always seems to be a challenge to remember and focus on this specific thought during troubling times.

Don’t continue to forget it again and again! Write your notes and tape them in areas where you can always see them and be truly convinced of it.

No one on this planet wants to hurt us and no one wants us to suffer or die a martyr’s death.

Life on earth is no punishment or sin we have to concur. Life on earth is the perfect experience so that we can recognize how our thoughts materialize; all our thoughts. It is genial and fantastic here; it is paradise – tune in to this! Life propels us always further and this is something that comes from within and causes us to want to express ourselves in the world, everyone in his/her own way.

A while back, I noticed the grapes in our backyard and noticed that the stalk where new leaves sprout is like a type of joint. At that point, the stalk is very breakable and it is the same with us. We are the most vulnerable and fragile at the point where we want to express something, where we want to introduce something into the world.

And the question then is do we tune into our inner voice, our intuition, or do we listen to the loud outside noise?

There is nothing wrong with all the various forces that we encounter here. We do not have to agree with them. We always have an option – always!  They don’t have any power over us unless we allow them.

Everywhere we focus our attention, we radiate light. If we touch something, light flows from our hands, and if we look at something our eyes radiate light. And it is this light that is important. It is loved among the uprooted forces. They cannot live without it and they make us believe that we need them. But it is the other way around they are totally dependent on us!

We have received all the power from our Father and our free will is our birthright. Our intuition is the perfect language that we speak with God, which is always calm and knowing and comes from within.

Intuition is thinking and feeling at exactly the same moment; often accompanied by an inner image that simultaneously can manifest itself in nature. Remember –  going inside and connect with the source to get in balance. Become calm and let the unexplained, nagging topic be.

‘I am’,  ’I am’  -  remember? Think about the significance of your name and remember again.

Don’t be afraid, unfold yourself and follow your own path. You are beautiful, you are important and you are light!
